view by field

the next Window and name new profile

instructions and fill in necessary details (email & pswd)
Use the new Profile and
choose the new one. Further, you can let Outlook prompt by choosing the Prompt
for a file to be used option
Submit apply and press OK
to save the changes.
Now Sign in to the new
Outlook Profile to see if it is working
